Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, participate in multidisciplinary teams, offer patient instruction, and ensure continuity of care post-discharge. This role may include taking charge as operational needs require.

Unit Description

Provides essential nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 300 hours per calendar year.
• Completion of orientation.
