Job Description
Join our hospice team at Gentiva Hospice as a Registered Nurse – On Call. In this role, you will provide direct patient care services and supportive care to patients and their families, acting as the primary liaison between the physician, patient/family, and the hospice team. Your responsibilities will include managing an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care, evaluating patient/family needs, maintaining patient clinical records, and participating in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and families.
- Current RN license (in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain).
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology preferred.
