Job Description
Registered Nurse needed to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a part-time RN in our hospice care program, you will work closely with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and professional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and families.
- Current RN license (or ability to obtain) with at least 1 year of experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
