Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care services and support to hospice patients and their families. You will work alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and support to hospice patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the care plan.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient clinical records.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, empathetic, and kind to patients and their families.
- Current RN license in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
