Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care services, supporting patients and their families, and managing an interdisciplinary group to ensure the highest quality of hospice care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and support to patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in developing care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and families.
- Current RN license in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
