Registered Nurse Position at Gentiva Hospice
Gentiva Hospice, part of the Gentiva family, a renowned industry leader in hospice, palliative, home health, and personal home care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care services, managing an interdisciplinary group, evaluating patient/family needs, and maintaining patient clinical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and supportive services to hospice patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and contribute to the development and execution of personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient clinical records.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to patient care.
- Current RN license or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
