Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care services, manage an interdisciplinary group, and ensure the delivery of high-quality hospice care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and supportive care to patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of care plans.
- Maintain all assigned patient clinical records.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic to patients and their families.
- Current RN license in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain one.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
