Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care services and support to both patients and their families. You will play a crucial role in managing patient care and ensuring the highest quality of hospice services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care services and supportive care to patients and their families.
• Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
• Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient clinical records.
• Participate in quality assessment and improvement programs.

Requirements

• Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and families.
• Current RN license in the state of employment or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
