Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join CareerStaff Unlimited in Saint Joseph, MO. As a Registered Nurse in the Step Down unit, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients recovering from medically complex conditions. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and patient care.
- Maintain a high quality of nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health illnesses.
- Assume a lead role in medical or psychiatric emergencies and intervene therapeutically.
- Contribute to a caring and compassionate environment for patients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice or compact license.
- Healthcare training/experience preferred.
