Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care services to hospice patients, supporting their families, and managing an interdisciplinary group to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and support to hospice patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient and family needs to create and execute personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient clinical records.
- Participate in quality assessment and improvement programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, empathetic, and kind towards patients and families.
- Current RN license or ability to obtain one in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
