Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care services to hospice patients and their families while managing an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to their families.
• Manage an interdisciplinary group to improve the quality of hospice care.
• Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in developing and executing the plan of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records for each assigned patient.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs.

Requirements

• Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and their families.
• Current RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
