Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse to join Gentiva Hospice, a leading provider of hospice, palliative, home health, and personal home care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care services and supportive care to hospice patients.
• Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
• Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the care plan.
• Maintain accurate patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.

Requirements

• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and families.
• Current RN license in the state of employment or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
