Job Description
Join our team at Gentiva Hospice as a Registered Nurse, where you will be a crucial part of providing physical, spiritual, and emotional support to patients and their families. As a Registered Nurse, you will report to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager Senior, ensuring top-notch patient care and serving as the primary link between the physician, patient/family, and hospice team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and support to hospice patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and contribute to care planning.
- Maintain patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, empathetic, and licensed RN.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
