Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse to join Gentiva Hospice, a leader in hospice, palliative, home health, and personal home care. As a Registered Nurse, you will directly provide patient care services, manage interdisciplinary teams, evaluate patient needs, and maintain clinical records while ensuring the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to families.
- Manage interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient and family needs and execute care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records.
- Participate in quality assessment and improvement programs.
Requirements
- Current RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
