Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join Gentiva Hospice, a leading provider of hospice, palliative, home health, and personal home care services. As a Registered Nurse at our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care services, managing an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the well-being of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and support to their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient and family needs, and assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient clinical records.
- Participate in quality assessment and improvement programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and families.
- Current RN license in the state of employment, or ability to obtain one.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
