Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care services, supporting patients and their families, and ensuring the highest quality of hospice care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and supportive care to patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic individual.
- Current RN license or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
