Job Description
Join our team at Gentiva Hospice as a Registered Nurse, where you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients and their families. As a Registered Nurse, you will work directly with patients, families, and a hospice team to ensure the best possible quality of life for each individual.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and support to their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient and family needs, developing and executing personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient clinical records.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to patient well-being.
- Current RN license or ability to obtain one in the state of requested employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
