Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, coordinating patient care delivery, and ensuring compliance with physician orders and care plans.

Pay Rates

Salary ranges between $30-35 per hour based on case and acuity level. A minimum of 1 year experience is required at this time.

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver quality patient care in alignment with physician directives.
• Continuously assess patient condition, report changes, and document care activities efficiently.
• Develop, implement, and update nursing care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ensure patient education, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in ongoing education and skill development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
• Current state RN license and CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and nursing policies.

Preferences

Previous clinical care experience and home health experience are preferred.

Skills/Abilities

• Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Physical capabilities include lifting, bending, standing, and mobility. Visual, hearing, and sensory acuity are essential to respond to patient needs and emergencies.
