Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care services to hospice patients, supporting their families, and coordinating with the hospice team to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and support to hospice patients and their families
- Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care
- Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in developing care plans
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs
Requirements
- Current RN license
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic approach to patient care
