Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice, a distinguished member of the Gentiva family. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing direct patient care services to hospice patients and support to their families. You will manage an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality hospice care, evaluate patient needs, and contribute to care plans. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support to hospice patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient needs and contribute to care plan development.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient clinical records.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of requested employment or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to patient care.
