Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice, a leading provider of hospice, palliative, home health, and personal home care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and supporting patients and their families during challenging times.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services and supportive care to hospice patients.
- Manage an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of hospice care.
- Evaluate patient and family needs and contribute to the development and execution of the care plan.
- Maintain accurate patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to patient well-being.
- Current RN license or ability to obtain one for the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
