Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Gentiva Hospice, a leading provider of hospice and home health care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care services, managing interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest quality of hospice care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and supportive services to hospice patients and their families.
- Manage an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in developing personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records for assigned patients.
- Participate in quality assessment and improvement programs.
Requirements
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to patient care.
- Active RN license and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
