Job Description
Join our team at Gentiva Hospice as a Registered Nurse. In this role, you will provide direct patient care services, manage an interdisciplinary group, evaluate patient/family needs, maintain clinical records, and participate in quality assessment programs. Reporting to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager Senior, you will act as a primary liaison between physicians, patients/families, and the hospice team.
Requirements
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic.
- Current RN license.
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
