Job Description

Gentiva Hospice, a member of the Gentiva family, is seeking a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care services, manage interdisciplinary teams, evaluate patient needs, and participate in quality assessment programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to hospice patients and their families.
• Manage an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of hospice care.
• Evaluate patient and family needs and contribute to the preparation and execution of care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment programs.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to patient care.
