Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our dynamic team as a Regional Float Nurse. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexible schedules based on availability, providing efficient nursing care across multiple skilled nursing centers in the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients to achieve positive clinical outcomes and enhance patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, and direct patient care.
• Supervise and guide unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current State Board of Nursing license.
• Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
