Responsibilities

• Ensure provider participation with payors by completing enrollments, applications, and notifications.
• Work with payors and providers to ensure compliance with the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate data in Provider Enrollment systems.
• Resolve payor application denials and escalate issues as needed.
• Adhere to company Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare billing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NPPES and CAQH is an advantage.
• Strong language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities.
• Excellent non-technical writing and organizational skills.
• Previous Provider Enrollment experience is a plus.
