Job Description: Project Engineer at Wayne Brothers Companies
We are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team at Wayne Brothers Companies. As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless communication between clients and our team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish communication channels with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate document distribution and submissions.
- Create and review project schedules and plans.
- Engage with subcontractors and vendors for materials procurement.
- Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly.
- Prepare change orders and maintain project documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and problem-solving activities.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in a construction-related field (required); Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Timberline.
Working Conditions:
- Indoor and outdoor work environments.
- Frequent traveling required.
- Ability to work 40-60 hours per week.
- Physical demands include walking, sitting, and occasional lifting.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid Driver's License.
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification (required); OSHA 30 Hour Certification preferred.
