Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare as part of our HomeHealth team. In this role, you will provide expert medical care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes. From administering medications to coordinating care with healthcare providers, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with compassion and courtesy.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation and field training.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience a plus.
