Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. This role involves providing expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients in the home health setting. Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to patients including administering medications, gastric tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and individualized treatment.
- Maintain a compassionate and courteous approach to patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Requirements
- Active DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation session at our Camden office.
- Prior experience in home health or Long Term Care is beneficial.
- Preferably experienced in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
