LPN/RN Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience
• Active Nursing License in good standing
• Current CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care as per physician orders
• Assess patient conditions and report changes
• Document all nursing actions and care coordination
• Participate in updating nursing care plans
• Implement care strategies to meet patient needs
• Ensure compliance with Aveanna policies and regulations
• Provide patient and family education on self-care
• Maintain nursing competencies through education and skill evaluations
