Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care following physician orders.
• Assess and report patient condition changes to supervisors and physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Implement and update nursing care plans.
• Take necessary nursing actions to achieve expected outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• CPR Certification (current and hands-on BLS).
