Job Description
Discover Financial Services is seeking a talented Principal Infrastructure Engineer (Windows) to join their innovative team. Responsibilities
- Contribute to product delivery and strategic direction across Business Technology and enterprise.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, demos, and presentations, guiding new engineers.
- Initiate detailed solution design approaches, research new technologies, and facilitate learning opportunities.
- Maintain a 24x7 on-call rotation to address potential issues proactively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
- Technical proficiency rating of proficient on the Dreyfus engineering scale (internal applicants only).
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a MS Windows environment with innovative and automated solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies, incident management, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
