Casteel Air is currently seeking a Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a Plumbing Technician, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of plumbing systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, supervise technicians, and ensure the successful completion of plumbing projects.
Responsibilities
- Confer with supervisors, design professionals, and clients to address project needs and concerns.
- Schedule and coordinate plumbing project activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of plumbing structures and systems.
- Negotiate contracts, obtain permits, and manage quality control programs.
- Supervise technicians, allocate resources, and ensure proper work procedures at job sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation methods.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical plans, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets.
- Valid plumbing license and driver's license.
