Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy license for New York.
• Perform home visit Physical Therapy assessments, offering direct patient care.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
