Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct home visit assessments to evaluate patient needs and provide direct care.
• Document patient progress using our EMR system.
• Maintain CPR certification.

Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold a valid Physical Therapy license in New York.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation preferred.
