Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and advancing the personal training business at the club, ensuring exceptional fitness experiences for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new clients and improve retention of existing ones.
• Facilitate customized training programs based on individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive training environment for all clients.
• Maintain high standards of service and value for personal training clients.
• Foster a supportive and connected community among personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through building personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and recommending appropriate training packages.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and goals.
