Personal Fitness Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will report to the General Manager and oversee a team of Personal Trainers. This role offers a competitive compensation package with a base rate of $18.00-$24.00 per hour, monthly bonuses, and total annual compensation of $50,180-$68,800.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment for trainers and clients.
• Coach trainers on consultation techniques and sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and financial goals.
