We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Personal Fitness Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business and exceeding fitness financial targets at the club level.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate agile programming to tailor to the needs of each client.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment within the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and service.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through building relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
