We are hiring a Personal Banker I - Floating to join Civista Bank's dynamic retail banking team. As a Personal Banker I, you will be responsible for maintaining and building customer relationships, providing personalized financial solutions, and delivering exceptional service. You will play a key role in supporting the team's sales, service, and operational objectives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers daily to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Actively promote and cross-sell banking products to meet sales goals.
• Stay informed about banking regulations, procedures, and technology to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Assist customers with their banking transactions and provide support for various financial inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous teller experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new software applications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to focus for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel occasionally.
• Good eyesight and hearing to perform daily tasks effectively.
