Patient Care Tech / PCT Med Surg Cardiology

Job Description

We are hiring a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for a full-time position in the Cardiology Medical Surgical department at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a PCT, you will work under nursing and medical staff supervision to assist patients with daily activities, observe patient progress, take vital signs, collect specimens, provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties, and record patient measurements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification needed.
• Preferred qualifications include completion of approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, or currently enrolled in nursing school. Two years of acute or long-term care experience is a plus.
