Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time position offers night shifts with the possibility of a sign-on bonus up to $2,500. Join a dynamic team that values collaboration and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside registered nurses to provide safe and compassionate patient care.
• Document patient data accurately and report any concerns promptly.
• Assist patients with daily tasks, mobility, and basic medical procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in Purposeful Hourly Rounding and Bedside Shift Report protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Experience in acute or long-term care preferred.
• Certification as a CNA, PCT, or paramedic is a plus.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy is advantageous.
