OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Lone Tree Family Practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients from the moment they arrive at our clinic. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to efficiently manage front-office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
• Complete pre-visit planning, including insurance verification and updating patient records.
• Register new patients and ensure accurate patient information.
• Collect co-pays and payments as required.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Maintain a organized and clutter-free front office environment.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills.
• Some college education preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are beneficial.
• Prior experience in a medical or business office is advantageous.
