Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Must be able to perform duties independently or collaboratively.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean checkout areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries effectively.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure product freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines to create attractive displays.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain organizational standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
