Job Description
We are looking for Part-Time Store Cashiers/Stockers to enhance the ALDI shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. As part of our team, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service. This position offers variety and the opportunity to engage with customers daily.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
- Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service as a Cashier.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain merchandised displays as a Stocker.
- Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience is a plus.
