Job Description
We are looking for Part-Time Store Cashiers/Stockers to join our collaborative team at ALDI. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. You will be operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers variety and the opportunity to learn something new each day.
Position Details

- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include collaborating with team members, keeping store areas secure and organized, and performing cashier or stocker duties as assigned. Cashiers process purchases, assist customers, and ensure cash handling compliance. Stockers maintain product freshness, create attractive displays, and operate machinery safely.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must be at least 18 years old and possess strong customer service skills. The ability to follow company policies, work independently or in a team, and manage time effectively is essential. Cashiers should operate registers accurately, while stockers need to handle merchandise and operate equipment safely.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, retail experience, and a good understanding of the company's products and services. A combination of education and experience equivalent to these qualifications is also considered.
