Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join the collaborative team at Aldi and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the store maintains a clean and organized appearance. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, and creating appealing displays to ensure fresh products are readily available. This role requires individuals who can work independently, provide courteous customer service, and follow company policies and procedures.

Position Type:

Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members
• Maintain store security and confidentiality
• Perform cashier duties: process purchases, clean, and stock merchandise
• Perform stocker duties: rotate products, create displays, operate machinery

Qualifications:

• Age 18 or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to interpret company policies
• Effective communication and time management skills
• High school diploma preferred

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior retail work experience preferred
Combination of education and experience equivalent to required knowledge
