Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join Aldi's collaborative team environment. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will operate registers, stock shelves, ensure store maintenance, and provide exemplary customer service. This role offers variety and a chance to engage with customers daily.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: < 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate with leaders.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents.
• Perform cashier duties: process purchases, stock merchandise, offer exceptional service.
• Perform stocker duties: organize inventory, create displays, operate machinery safely.
• Handle physical demands like lifting, bending, and standing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus.
