Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to enhance the shopping experience at Aldi. In this role, you will collaborate with team members, operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service. This position offers variety and new challenges daily.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate important information.
• Operate registers, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Follow inventory guidelines, monitor accuracy, and address issues promptly.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create attractive displays.
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Effective time management and knowledge of company products.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
