Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings, walls, and items are painted presentably.
• Take equipment readings and test cooling towers.
• Replace and program televisions, light fixtures, switches, and perform furniture repairs.
• Perform plumbing and pump repairs, troubleshoot kitchen equipment, and maintain work to codes.
• Test, clean, and repair swimming pools and spas.
