Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performances, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and compliance with hazardous materials handling.
• Work collaboratively in a high-intensity environment to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Experience in transportation and supervisory roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of freight handling techniques.
